* SNOW AMOUNTS...4 TO 8 INCHES IN THE VALLEYS...6 TO 12 INCHES IN
  THE MOUNTAINS ABOVE 6000 FEET ARE POSSIBLE.

* WINDS...LIGHT WINDS...EXCEPT SOUTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH ABOVE 6000
  FEET.

* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL BEGIN MONDAY EVENING AND TAPER OFF ON
  TUESDAY AFTERNOON. HEAVIEST SNOW AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED MIDDAY
