Yellow Pine: We had a trace of snow fall yesterday, average of 5.5″ of snow on the ground. Local streets are snow covered and slick in places. Click for Local Forecast.
Warm Lake Highway: (Jan 17) mail truck driver said the county patrol has been blading Warm Lake high way yesterday and today. He indicated about an inch of snow on the pavement going over the top. Said the road is pretty good.
Big Creek Summit SNOTEL station 6580′
South Fork Road: (Jan 17) mail truck driver said the South Fork road has not been plowed, but there are tracks that are down to pavement in many places up high, and mostly clear road below Reed Ranch (ice on the shady corners as usual.)
Tea Pot Weather Station (5175′)
EFSF Road: (Jan 17) mail truck driver said the recent snow stuck to the ice and improved the driving conditions.
Lower Johnson Creek Road: No current report.
Upper Johnson Creek Road: closed at Landmark to wheeled vehicles for the winter.
