1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup light soy sauce
2 pounds chicken breast tenderloins.
Add all ingredients to the crockpot and cook on low 6-8 hrs.
They should just fall apart.
Note: If you want a thicker sauce, you can mix some cornstarch with water and add to the sauce. Bring it to a boil until it thickens.
