Isolated thunderstorms this morning across the Southeast Oregon districts will expand in coverage by 11 AM MDT into Southwest Idaho. These storms will quickly shift east across most of the Idaho districts exiting the region by 6 PM MDT. Heavy rain and strong outflow winds will be possible especially across the Idaho BLM districts this afternoon.
