Feb 2 Weather:

At 10am it was 26 degrees, overcast and calm. Snowing at 1240pm and low clouds. Not snowing at 120pm and low clouds. At 330pm it had dropped to 24 degrees, light variable breeze, overcast and ridges visible. At 420pm low clouds again and light snow falling (probably didn’t last long.) At 530pm overcast but can see the ridges, not snowing. At 6pm it was 22 degrees, thinner clouds and fuzzy half moon high in the sky. Cloudy at 130am, no stars. Clearing and cold early morning.

Feb 3 Weather:

At 10am it was 3 degrees, cold light breeze and clear. Gusty and wind blown snow out of the trees at 1pm for about 15 minutes, and again around 215pm for about 5 minutes. At 4pm it was 24 degrees, cold breeze and mostly clear (a few small wispies.) At 545pm it was 20 degrees dropping to 18 degrees by 6pm, partly cloudy and light breeze. Mostly cloudy at 1030pm, no stars and filtered moonlight. Cloudy at 130am.

Feb 4 Weather:

At 10am it was 7 degrees and partly cloudy. Almost clear at 1250pm, then clouds moving in by 150pm. At 350pm it was 26 degrees, solid overcast and cold light breeze. At 6pm it was 23 degrees and overcast. Probably started snowing around 10pm, by 1030pm a light dusting. Steady fine snow at 11pm and 20 degrees. At 1am 19 degrees and still snowing (about 1/4″.) At 3am it was 19 degrees and still snowing (about 1/2″.) Probably snowed all night. Snowing at 930am.

Feb 5 Weather:

At 10am it was 21 degrees, low overcast (clouds down on VanMeter) and steady fine snow falling. Still snowing at noon, low clouds. Steady fine snow at 2pm. At 345pm it was 27 degrees, low clouds and steady fine snow (nearly 1/2″ new since 10am.) At 6pm it was 27 degrees, low overcast (almost foggy at ground level) and steady fine snow (about 1″ since 10am.) Still snowing at 830pm and accumulating. Still snowing at 11pm looks like 2 inches since 10am. Snowing bigger flakes at 1am, looks like 3 or more inches now. Still snowing hard at 2am, about 6 inches. At 4am looks like a foot or more, getting buried. Still snowing at 930am, holy cow – we are buried.

Feb 6 Weather:

At 10am it was 29 degrees, low overcast and heavy snowfall. At 1pm it was 33 degrees, low overcast and steady snow, looks like 3″ new since 10am. At 240pm it was 35 degrees, low overcast and steady snow, 5 1/2″ new snow since 10am, 37″ total snow on the ground. At 330pm rain snow mix, all rain by 350pm and 36 degrees. Rain/snow mix after 4pm, low overcast. At 6pm it was 32 degrees, low clouds, fine light snow with a few rain drops, another 1/2″ additional accumulation. At 8pm snowing pretty good and accumulating. At 1030pm it was 32 degrees, low overcast and steady big flake snow. Coming down hard at 1am. Power out at 557am, still snowing pretty good. Light snow at 930am changing to rain at 950am.

Feb 7 Weather:

At 10am it was 34 degrees, low overcast, misting rain (power out just before 6am.) At 1145am rain/now mix and socked in nearly to the floor. At 1210pm back to misting rain. At 1230pm it was 35 degrees, low clouds and light rain. at 2pm clouds lifting a little and misting. At 245pm socked in low again and light rain. At 3pm it was 35 degrees, low clouds and misting (power on 305pm.) At 530pm low clouds. At 6pm 32 degrees and not raining, at 630pm it was 33 degrees. At 830pm it was 32 degrees, cloudy and not raining. At 1030pm higher clouds and raining (with a few snow crystals.) Raining pretty good at 1245am, hard rain 330am. Graupel then light snow early morning. Snowing lightly 930am.

Not snowing and filtered sun at 1pm. At 230pm flaking snow. Steady snowfall at 3pm. At 4pm it was 30 degrees, low clouds, a little breezy and steady snow. At 6pm it was 27 degrees, overcast and not snowing (about 1″ or more new snow), at 630pm it was 26 degrees. Snowing lightly at 830pm. At 11pm higher thinner clouds (hazy full moon) and snowing lightly. At 1am it was 23 degrees and not snowing.
