Yellow Pine: Dec 20 we have an average of 6″ of snow on the ground. Local streets are snow covered. Please respect residents and wildlife and SLOW DOWN.

Wed (Dec 16) mail truck driver reports the highway was pretty much snow covered this morning, watch for the usual icy spots in the shade going up the summit. (It has snowed since this report.)

South Fork Road: Open, plowed recently.
Wednesday (Dec 16) report from mail truck driver (Taylor) About the same as last week, a little more snow. Packed snow up high, patchy snow and a few icy spots to watch for coming down, mostly bare on the lower end. (It has been p lowed and snowed more since this report.)
