* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall from thunderstorms is
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Idaho and northeast Oregon, including the
  following areas, in Idaho, Boise Mountains, Camas Prairie, Upper
  Weiser River and West Central Mountains. In northeast Oregon,
  Baker County.

* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff, including mudslides, may result in
  flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and
  flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - A strong upper level trough will move into the area Sunday,
    promoting the development of strong thunderstorms with heavy
    rain. Thunderstorms will be capable of torrential rainfall,
    small hail, and gusty winds.
